We have recently welcomed Charlotte Johnson to the team as a Resourcer. Charlotte previously worked in the pre-employment screening sector for 3.5 years as a Team Coach.
Charlotte is an avid football fan and will be cheering on England in Qatar for the World Cup in 2022. Get to know Charlotte as we interview her on how she has found joining the team, her hobbies and favourite food…
How have you found your time at RoS?
Moving from pre-employment screening to recruitment has been different and challenging at times but that is what I am enjoying about my first couple of months here. The rest of the team have been really welcoming and super friendly too!
What do you enjoy about your role?
Similarly to pre-employment screening, you get to speak to so many people from different backgrounds/industries daily which is really interesting finding out about them and their industries.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Apart from following Hull City and England home and away, I like going to watch cricket, going for walks and going out with family and friends.
One meal you could eat every day if you had to?
A Sunday roast dinner all day long.
Who is the one artist you have on repeat?
After seeing them in Berlin last month, definitely Coldplay.
Favourite film?
Mamma Mia is one of my all-time favourites.
Any secret talents?
I used to be a ballet dancer when I was younger but never carried through with it – I probably couldn’t do it anymore!

Positive, kind and reliable.
