Salary & Bonus 

  • £19 500 base – £25 000 – £30 000 OTE
  • > 10% Commission of Temp Revenue – UNCAPPED
  • > 10% Bonuses of Perm Placement Fees

You will work alongside our supportive and experienced consultants and managers from the start, to become proficient in all aspects of this role.

What will be expected of you: – 

  • Carry out searches on various databases (in house and external) to find suitable candidates for the Contract Manager’s vacancies
  • Telephone interview and where necessary video interview candidates for live vacancies
  • Pre-screen candidates prior to submission
  • Arrange interviews with Clients and Candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Ensure all required documentation is acquired before candidates attend interviews
  • Gain feedback from candidates regarding their interviews
  • Liaise with clients regarding their requirements
  • Build up a network with new and existing candidates to create leads
  • Identify leads and help generate new enquiries
  • Prepare candidates for starting in their new role
  • Assist candidates through handing in their notice
  • Produce job adverts for the company website and external job boards
  • Other adhoc duties
